My staff brings extensive global training, consultation and operational services with years of combined military and civilian preparedness, response and recovery experience.
RTS offers comprehensive courses in emergency preparedness to include Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Tool Kit, Incident Command System 100 thru 402, Hospital Incident Command System (HICS), National Incident Management System (NIMS), Emergency Operations Center Training, Hospital Command Center Training, OSHA HAZMAT Awareness and Operations Training for First Receivers (Patient Decontamination), WMD Awareness Training, Exercise Design, Leadership and Influence and Community & Family Preparedness. I also provide world class program development and training customized to fit specific client needs. In addition to emergency preparedness training, my consultants have designed, organized, and facilitated multiple table-top, functional, and full scale exercises, and developed mitigation, response, and recovery plans for government and private industry clients to include County Emergency Operaitons Plans, the State of Montana Animal Emergency Response Plan, the Montana Statewide Sheltering Evacuation and Mass Care Plan, the Montana Department of Agriculture Emergency Operation Plan and the St. Peter's Hospital Emergency Operations Plan. My services encompass all facets of the emergency management cycle to include mitagation-prevention, protection, response, and recovery.
