The following information is provided to help inform contractors of what they need to submit for Records Inspection/Validation. Reading and following the recommendations in this section should help ensure a speedy and painless inspection.
NOTE:
The vender personnel qualifications component will not be in VIPR. Contractor employees will be expected to carry a copy of the MOU training provider certification completed on the individual employee training verification form and their incident qualification card at all times.
1. To receive certification, contractors should expect to provide to Responder Training Solutions a minimum of two copies of the following personnel records for each employee: Completed Individual Employee Training Verification Form for each firefighter that is found in the solicitation that has supporting documentation for the PMS 310-1 course certificates required for FFT2, Equipment Operator (EQOP), FFT1 and Single Resource-Engine Boss (ENGB), Water Tender Operator(WTOP).
Formal training certification for each required course, including Annual Fireline Safety Refresher Training (RT-130) training. Completed performance task books for each position the person is fully qualified to perform.
Documentation which validates past or current experience.
Re-inspection of equipment upgrades by appointment only upon approval by regional Contracting Officer.

**ALL FEES MUST BE PAID-IN-FULL PRIOR TO INSPECTION (Region 1 only).**
RTS will retain all original completed inspection reports for its files as required under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU# 07-MU-11015600-051) and Annual Operating Plan with NRCG.
Copies of the completed inspections reports will be given to the contractor. Contractors are responsible for submitting copies of the completed inspections reports to the designated contracting officer for the 2007 Region 1 Water Handling Solicitation.
